There is no worse feeling than struggling to pay your electric bill and then finding out the power company wants to raise their rates again. 

I remember the time that AEP asked for more funding to cover the repairs for the damage to their infrastructure from a storm. That’s understandable. But I’ll never forget the time they asked for a rate hike because they didn’t have any storm damage a few years later. I can’t square that with the fact that having a calm season should have saved them money. 

I will hold AEP and the Public Service Commission accountable for you.
